The Christian Student Center is under the oversight of the Elders of the Emporia Church of Christ, 502 East 12th, Emporia, Emporia, Kansas. . It is supported by congregations of churches of Christ in Kansas and loving individuals with the goal of providing spiritual support for students while attending Emporia State University.   The Center has met the spiritual and physical needs of hundreds of students over the years.  The center is affiliated with the ESU Student Activities Office and has access to all the facilities and resources on campus that are afforded to student groups.   Each year the Center elects a president, vice-president and secretary, and registers with the Associated Student Government.
